“Hi, I'm Yusuf Çağlar Odabaşı from Türkiye. I have a multidisciplinary background in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, and Bioinformatics.

I'm currently pursuing my PhD in the Laboratory of Gene Expression under Radek Sindelka, where I focus on advanced bioinformatics approaches applied to single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics, particularly in the contexts of regeneration and tumorigenesis.

Outside the lab, you'll most likely find me immersed in a good video game, traveling countries or exploring the world of Middle-earth—I'm a huge Lord of the Rings fan.”
