Lukas Valihrach invited to talk at 7th European Stroke Conference

Lukas Valihrach was invited to present our research at 7th European Stroke Organisation Conference (ESOC 2021). ESOC is the leading forum in Europe for advances in research and clinical care of patients with cerebrovascular diseases, as demonstrated by the huge attendance at ESOC 2019, the increasing number of abstracts submitted year on year, with more than 3050 abstracts received in 2020, our joint meeting with WSO, being the largest yet.

The aim of the ESO is to reduce the burden of stroke by changing the way that stroke is viewed and treated. This can only be achieved by professional and public education and making institutional changes. ESO serves as the voice of stroke in Europe, harmonising stroke management across the whole of Europe and taking action to reduce the burden of stroke regionally and globally.
