Great news! The new funding received from Czech Science Foundation (GACR 20-05770S). With our collaborators we will take a look at the role of glial TRPV4 channels in brain edema formation and post-ischemic regeneration.

MRI-based quantification of MCAo-induced lesion size in control and trpv4-/- mice 1 day (1D) and 7 days (7D) after ischemia (Pivonkova et al., Neuroscience, 2018)
